James resolved to start his own web hosting corporation, one that does answer support tickets, fantastic uptime, and making sure that the business looks after its customers.
James spent months before setting up NACwebsolutions.com, researching into the technology behind making a great host, from bandwidth to the servers, everything was looked into making sure NAC's customers was getting one of the best services around.
After making sure everything was working and he was happy to receive customers, the orders came in from friends, and then friends of friends, friends of friends friends, and so on. NAC hasn't spent any money on advertising, its all done by word of mouth.
